As we primarily provide customised digital services, software development and consulting services, our payment terms and conditions are as follows.

1. Payment Modes

We accept payments through: UPI, Net Banking, Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Cheques and QR Code Payments

Debit/Credit Cards, Payment Links and Online Payment Gateway will be accept on request based on additional charges applicable.

2. Advance Payment

Projects commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment as per shared proposal.

3. Payment Schedule

Below are the standard condition we follow, unless otherwise agreed

• 50% Advance on Confirmation
• 40% During Development
• 10% Before Final Deployment to the Client

Different payment milestones may apply depending on project scope and shared proposal.

4. Taxes

Applicable GST shall be charged as per Government regulations.

5. Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in:

• Suspension of work
• Delay in delivery
• Suspension of hosting or maintenance services
• Additional late payment charges where agreed terms as per proposal and generally, we charged 3.33% per month.

6. Domain & Hosting

Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates and third-party subscriptions are payable in advance and are non-refundable after activation.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of completed work is transferred to the client only after full payment and mutual consideration.

Until, all intellectual property, rights and ownership will remains with Huner Digital Solutions.

8. Payment Gateway

Payments processed through third-party gateways are subject to the gateway provider's terms and conditions.

Any applicable convenience charges imposed by the payment gateway or bank shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Security

All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways using encrypted connections.
