As we primarily provide customised digital services, software development and consulting services, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows.

1. Nature of Services

We provide the Information Technology services such as website design, development, application & software service, IT consultation, etc in an online form. Since these are customised professional services, they cannot be returned like physical products.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before project work has commenced. Once: Project planning starts, UI/UX design begins, Development work starts, Domain registration is completed, Hosting is activated, Software licence is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Advance Payments

All advance payments are non-refundable. Advance payments reserve project resources, planning and scheduling.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment
• Payment made due to technical error
• Project cancelled by Huner Digital Solutions before commencement

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Services

All our products and services are non-refundable in any circumstances.

6. Client Delays

If a client delays content, approvals or communication for more than 60 days, the project may be treated as inactive. Reactivation may attract additional development charges.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Huner Digital Solutions before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal recovery proceedings.

8. Return Policy

As all deliverables are digital and customised, no physical return policy applies.
